*Both the lambswool and felt pads are designed to achieve a high gloss finish on a floor that has been cleaned or for touch ups between deep cleaning. The results depend on the floor’s general condition. You may try buffing with each type on different surfaces and then decide which better fits your floor’s specific needs.

Use these pads to buff wood, vinyl, linoleum and ceramic tile. Mount directly on scrubbing brushes.

The older machines had snaps to connect the brushes and pads, if you have the old brushes with the snap, you would need to update to the new scrubbing brushes for these pads to connect to your machine.

4 EASY STEPS TO TOTAL FLOOR CARE 

KIND OF FLOOR 
 WOOD, MARBLE, LINOLEUM 

Step 1 CLEAN Neutral Cleaner
-Dilute the Neutral Cleaner in the tank following the instructions on the bottle.
-Use the Cleaning Machine with tan cleaning pads.
-If the floor is very dirty use the green scrubbing pads.
-Mop and let dry.
-Follow with step 2. 
Step 2  Polish
-Use the Cleaning Machine with dry tan pads on dry scrubbing brushes.
-Continue with step 3. 
Step 3  Buff
-Apply two coats of the High Gloss Protective Floor Finish.
-Between waxings use the Cleaning Machine with lambswool pads to maintain a high gloss finish. 
Step 4 TOUCH UPS  Touch ups
-To remove scuff marks from the floor's finish use the Cleaning Machine with dry tan pads.
-If the floor is very dirty, use the Cleaning Machine as described in step 1. 
KIND OF FLOOR CARPETING & RUGS 
Step 1 CLEAN Shampoo
-Dilute Dry Foam Shampoo in the machine tank following the instructions on the bottle.
-Use the Cleaning Machine with soft white bristle carpet brushes.
-Use the trigger mechanism to dispense the right amount of shampoo sparingly until you see a white foam on the carpet.
-Guide the Cleaning Machine with forward and backward movements. 
Step 2  Let Dry
-After shampooing let dry, 3-4 hours, preferably over night. 
Step 3  Vacuum
-Vacuum crystalized dirt debris.
 

Step 4 TOUCH UPS  Touch ups
-Use the Cleaning Machine with the Dry Foam Rug Shampoo to remove spots and maintain high traffic areas without the need to shampoo the entire carpet.
-To remove difficult stains use the Koblenz Carpet Spotter before shampooing. If you have heavy grease based stains use the Cleaning Machine with the Heavy Duty Cleaner. Follow with the Dry Foam Rug Shampoo. 
KIND OF FLOOR 
 CERAMIC TILE, GROUT, VINYL & CONCRETE 
Step 1 CLEAN Heavy Duty Cleaner*
-Dilute the Heavy Duty Cleaner in the tank of the Cleaning Machine following the instructions on the bottle.
-Use the Cleaning Machine with the natural bristle brushes or green scrubbing pads.
-Mop and let dry.
-Continue with step 2. 
Step 2 Polish
-Use the Cleaning Machine with dry tan pads to obtain a high gloss shine follow with step 3. 
Step 3  Buff
-Apply two coats of High Gloss Protective Floor Finish with a sponge. Buff with felt pads.
-Between waxings use the Cleaning Machine with felt buffing pads to renew the shine. 
Step 4 TOUCH UPS  Touch ups
-To remove scuff marks, use the Cleaning Machine with dry tan pads, these will remove marks without dulling the finish.
-If the floor is very dirty, use the Cleaning Machine as described in step 1. 

*NOTE: Scrubbing brushes are recommended for textured surfaces and grout, green pads are recommended for smooth surfaces.
